I know exactly what each Agent can do without asking.

Digital employees run the routine checks and moves, each inside the authority you set. Anything outside waits for a named person, and every decision stays on record.

  • Buyer: draft a requisitionInside its authority On
  • Requisition release: REQ-3318 Above the Agent's authority Waiting 3d 6h
  • Approved by J. Bergeron 13:28

How it works

How an Agent's action gets checked before it runs

Each Module does one job, in this order.

1 It connects

  • CMM
  • Quality system
  • ERP

2 What runs, and what it does

  1. Authority MatrixSets the authority for each Agent and each action. Anything outside it waits for a person.
  2. GovernanceChecks every action against that rule before it runs. Anything beyond it pauses instead of failing.
  3. Approval QueueHolds what's paused, oldest first. Approve and the run picks up. Reject and it never happens.
  4. Notification CenterPuts the request on the approver's bell, with the record one click away.

3 What you get

  • Buyer: draft a requisitionInside its authority On
  • Planner: move WO-118415: Inside authority Applied 10:14
  • Planner: move WO-118422: Outside authority Waiting for a planner

The digital employees, and what each may do

Each one is a digital employee with one job. The rule for each action is yours, and you can change it whenever the answer should change.

  • The Planner watches the schedule for late jobs. Inside the authority you set, it moves them. Otherwise it asks a person.
  • The Auditor sweeps quality every 15 minutes. Inside the authority you set, it opens the hold. Otherwise the hold waits for a person.
  • The Buyer spots shortages and drafts the requisition when asked. A person releases every order.
  • The Coach pulls causes from closed cases when asked. Nothing reaches the case until a person reviews it.
