Workflow Modules
The Workflow Modules do the work spreadsheets used to do: build the plan, track performance, flag what drifts, project demand and take an issue to its resolution.
They’re the engines of the Singularity. They read the Foundational records as data comes in and do the work people used to do in spreadsheets: build the schedule, chart quality as results come in, roll up performance measures like OEE, project demand, take an issue to its resolution and answer questions with a source. They don’t act on their own; when something needs a decision, the Agents bring it to a person.
The Scheduling Engine runs the plan again with the new constraints, and work that has already started stays where it is. The Planner Agent finds the work now at risk. Inside the authority you set, it applies the move; anything outside it waits for a person in the Approval Queue. Everyone sees the same updated plan, because it’s built from the same records.
Yes. The Q&A Engine answers from the Knowledge Library collections your role can see, and every answer comes with the passage it came from, found by the Retrieval Engine. If the answer isn’t in your data, it says so instead of guessing. The Model Router picks the model for each request and records why, so you can always see which model answered.
The OEE Engine multiplies availability, performance and quality for each asset, from the readings the Historian keeps, then rolls the result up to the site. Every site uses the same records and the same definitions, so a manager comparing two sites is comparing like with like.
No. The founders ran plants before they built software, and they’d start where you would: with the one problem you want gone, such as a plan that falls apart every afternoon or checks still on paper, then switch on the engines that fix it. Each one runs on the same Foundational records, so adding the next one later doesn’t mean rebuilding anything.
30 minutes on the schedule, the quality checks or the investigations, and what runs them today.
