Workflow Modules
The Investigation Engine turns each floor issue into one case. Causes, target condition, countermeasures, evidence and the lesson learned stay on it, from first report to closed.
How it works
Raise the issue on the line, tied to the production record it came from. Attach photos, reports and records as evidence, and save the case as a draft if you need to finish it later.
Issue capture
Capture the issue on the line, tied to the production record it came from, and the case keeps that link. Alerts show what’s still waiting on someone, and you can open any issue to see its full history.
New case
A guided wizard carries the issue across, so the case starts with the problem statement and evidence already attached. Save a draft and come back later. You don’t have to finish a case in one sitting.
Causes and countermeasures
Group the causes on a fishbone by category, then state the target condition you want once the issue is fixed. Record a countermeasure against each cause it answers, so nothing gets marked fixed without something to show for it.
Case board
Cases move stage by stage and the board shows where each one sits right now. See what’s waiting on somebody, switch to the case list, or open the one dashboard that covers every case at your site.
Investigation assistant
The assistant reads the documents attached to your case and looks up how a similar cause was answered before, using the Knowledge Library. It runs inside a call, turn and time budget, then stops.
Close-out
Write the lesson learned right on the case before you close it. The audit trail keeps every stage change, action and edit alongside it. The dashboard keeps a running count of what’s open, in progress and closed.
A guided wizard carries the problem statement and its evidence across, so the case starts already filled in. Save it as a draft and finish the rest later.
The board shows exactly where each case sits right now, so nothing waits on somebody without anyone noticing. Close it out and the lesson learned gets written on the case itself.
No. It structures the case, pulls up prior causes and countermeasures, and keeps the evidence attached. People decide.
The documents attached to the case, the production issue it was raised from, and prior cases in the Knowledge Library.
It reads the case documents and searches the Knowledge Library for prior causes and countermeasures. It runs under call, turn, and time budgets, and asks a clarifying question rather than guessing.
A case carries fishbone causes, target conditions, countermeasures and lessons learned, and moves through stages. Your own steps are recorded on the case as you work them.
30 minutes on your open issue and how the Investigation Engine takes it from cause to closed case.
