What is our bad data really costing us?

We go through your systems and walk your floor, then hand you a number: what the gaps cost and what to fix first. It can be the only thing you ever buy from us.

What the assessment leaves you with.

  • 2 to 4

Weeks from the first session to the finished Scorecard

  • The Scorecard

Where your data lives, what the gaps cost, what to fix first

What's in the assessment

  • Get your operators in the room Short sessions with the people who run the line, so the plan matches what they actually do.
  • Know what to fix first The changes in order, ranked by return.
  • See which systems you can trust Every system you run, scored on whether its data is good enough to build on.
  • Decide what to buy and what to build And what to leave exactly as it is.
  • See how the work really gets done How the operation actually runs, not how the org chart says it does.
  • Drop the steps that don't pay The steps that cost more than they return, named one by one.

What you see before you sign anything

    • DMC-0142 lockedWeld Line 1 tags, v3 Locked
    • Signed before lock L. Haddad, Quality J. Bergeron, Shift Super

Nothing gets built until the numbers are locked.

Every tag, unit and sample rate gets signed off before the historian takes its first reading from Weld Line 1. Change one later and the same people sign off again.

    How data contracts work
    • What was agreed Sample rate 1 Hz, 2 Hz weld SI base units at source asset.tag naming rule
    • Schema v3

We write down how it runs today before we plan anything.

What each machine type sends, in what units and how often, gets agreed with quality, the shift and the plant before anything is built. The roadmap starts from that record.

    How the model is agreed
  • Change needs a new sign-off

The assessment

Find the cost before you pay for a fix

We spent twenty years running plants, so we know what a gap between two systems costs. You get today’s state written down and a ranked list of fixes, with a price on each gap. Where it shows up depends on the operation:

  • Downtime and scrap in a plant, or missed throughput in a hospital
  • Students lost between systems on a campus
  • A program running over budget in an agency
