Where does our data live, and who can touch it?

You pick the region your data lives in. Your identity provider signs people in, and anything outside the authority you set for a digital employee waits for a person.

  • Region: AWS Canada Central, Montreal
  • TLS 1.2+ on every connection

How it works

How your data and your digital employees stay under your control

Each Module does one job, in this order.

1 It connects

  • Identity provider
  • ERP
  • Quality system

2 What runs, and what it does

  1. SecuritySigns people in through your identity provider and limits each person to their role and their sites.
  2. Model RouterUses the model you set for each digital employee, records every choice with its reason, and records any fallback.
  3. GovernanceChecks every action before it runs and writes down every decision.
  4. Authority MatrixHolds one rule per digital employee and action, narrowed to a line or shift if you need it.

3 What you get

  • Region: AWS Canada Central, Montreal
  • Waiting for a person: release hold on Lot 2281
  • Approved by R. Singh, 09:14Hold released, decision on record

Every digital employee works inside the authority you set

For each digital employee and each action, you decide whether it acts inside its authority or waits for a person. Anything outside pauses where it is until a person approves or rejects it. Every check and decision is written down.

  • A rule can narrow to one line or one shift
  • An approval that sits too long expires instead of letting the action through
  • Pull the audit trail for any record by its type and id
