The platform on the floor

Operators, supervisors, and inspectors reach the Singularity from the floor, on the device already in their hand.

Capture at the point of work

Checks, readings, and deviations get recorded where they happen instead of written on paper and typed in later. The record carries who captured it, when, and which asset it applies to, so the data arrives complete.

Built for the floor

Screens are configured per role, so the person doing the job sees the fields that job needs and nothing else. Capture works in gloves, in noise, and in bad light.

  • Role-based screens from the Screen Configurator
  • Forms and quality capture from the Form Builder
  • Scan a code to pull up the asset or the lot

One record

What gets captured on the floor lands in the same platform the planners, quality leads, and plant managers work from. There is no second version to reconcile later, and no rekeying step between the floor and the office.

Because the submission is structured from the moment it is entered, every other module can read it immediately.

What happens after submit

A submission is the start of the sequence, not the end of it.

  • Permissions follow the person through the Authority Matrix
  • Approvals route the moment something needs a signature
  • Notifications reach whoever can act on the result
  • The audit trail is written as a byproduct, with nothing to remember to turn on

The modules involved

Nothing here is a separate product. The floor experience is the same platform, composed from modules that are already running.
