How it works

See every alert in one place and act on it

Snooze what belongs to later and it comes back. Dismiss what’s handled and it stays under the dismissed filter, so nothing disappears.

  • 6 unread

Alert count

Watch your alert count from any screen

The bell sits in the top bar on every screen, with your unread count beside it. The count updates every 30 seconds while you work, so a new alert shows up without a refresh, wherever your organization has switched it on.

  • Present on every screen in the platform
  • Unread count refreshes every 30 seconds while you work
  • Switched on per company, so it appears where it is enabled
  • Notification inbox: WO-118449 Leak test hold drifting 3d 15h Unread

Inbox

Open the list and filter it by state

Open the bell and your whole inbox is there, newest first. Filter to unread, read or dismissed, so a busy morning doesn’t bury the one alert you still need. Each entry names its source, its kind and when it arrived.

  • The full list, newest first
  • Filter by unread, read, or dismissed
  • Each entry names its source, its kind, and its time
  • NCR-0891 hold, unread
  • Confirm waiver ref: NCR-0891 Dismiss Snooze

Notification actions

Clear it, dismiss it, or snooze it for later

Clear one notification, clear the whole list, or push something to later in the shift. Mark a hold as read once you’ve looked at it, dismiss it once it’s handled, or snooze the report that belongs to tomorrow. The list updates right away.

  • Mark one read, or mark the whole list read
  • Dismiss what you have handled, and it stays under that filter
  • Snooze what belongs to later, and it comes back
  • Approval routed: cure oven dwell

Linked record

Click through to the record behind it

Every notification links to the thing it’s about, so you land on the hold, the report or the approval itself instead of searching for it. An approval request opens straight into the Approval Queue.

  • A deep link on every notification
  • Approval requests open in the Approval Queue
  • No hunting for the screen the alert came from
  • Needs action 2
  • Shift briefing ready

Agent notifications

See what an Agent found or finished

When an Agent finds something, needs a decision or finishes a report, it lands here. An anomaly alert, a finished shift briefing and an approval request all arrive in the same inbox.

  • Anomaly alerts and quality findings
  • Report-ready notices and shift briefings
  • Approval requests and insights worth a look
  • Deviation routed to my rolein-app only On

Subscriptions

Read alerts in the platform, with no email or text

Notifications live in the platform, on the bell. There’s no email, no text message and no push to your phone. Which kinds arrive is set in subscription settings.

  • In-app only, read on the screen you are already on
  • The count polls every 30 seconds rather than pushing
  • Which kinds you receive is set in subscription settings
