Docs
Four short reading orders. Find the one closest to your job and read it top to bottom.
Read both of these before any path below. Fifteen minutes on them makes the rest of the documentation read faster.
You want to know what your people would actually touch, and what changes without waiting on a vendor.
You want the deployment shape, the data path off the floor, and an honest account of what your team has to build and run.
You want the control story and the contract, including the parts that are not finished. Read the security page first and read all of it.
You want the shape of the commitment and a straight comparison against what you would otherwise do.
Deployment shape and certification status are worth settling early, because they end some conversations and there is no point spending a quarter to find out.
The Singularity runs in the mode40 cloud. There is no on-premise, air-gapped, or customer-VPC deployment, and none has been built for a customer. Architecture and deployment covers each of them.
mode40 holds no third-party security certifications today. If your procurement process requires a SOC 2 Type II report or an ISO/IEC 27001 certificate before signing, that requirement is not met today. Security and governance has the full status, and the current plan is available on request.
Anything past that is a conversation. Contact reaches a person.
