Foundational Modules
Build the forms your team fills in, no developer needed. Drag in fields and publish. Every answer stays with its form version, recorded at the line.
How it works
Set defaults once on a template, then change only what one line or product does differently. Every answer lands as a record the other Modules can read.
Editor
Pick a field from the palette, drop it on the canvas, and set its label, default and whether it’s required. Change a form later the same way and publish the new version, no developer needed. Group fields into sections, so a pre-shift check can have one section per station.
Field library
A reading is a number and a date is a date, on every form. Use short text, long text, number, date and time for the basics, and toggle, dropdown, multi-select, checkbox and radio when the answers are a fixed set. A related-document field points the check at its procedure.
Conditional fields
Give a field a visibility condition and it appears only after an earlier answer calls for it, like a follow-up once an operator flags a defect. A live preview beside the canvas shows the change as you build. Attach the drawings, photos and resources a check needs right on the field.
Templates
Put the defaults on a template, then override only what one line or product does differently, like a torque spec that changes between Line 3 and Line 4. A conformance header carries that context onto every form built from the template.
Fill on the floor
The form opens on the device at the line, so you record the check as it happens instead of typing it up later. The procedure opens right beside the questions. Every submission lands as a structured record the other Modules can read.
Form records
Forms change, but each response stays tied to the version it was filled on, so last year’s record still reads correctly. A new version never rewrites answers already given, and an edit to a response is kept on the record too.
Field extraction
Every response has its fields pulled into columns, ready for a report. Export the responses whenever an audit asks. Scheduled quality tasks built from a form show up on the operator’s task list.

A visibility condition ties a field to an earlier answer, so a follow-up question appears only after an operator flags a defect. The form stays short instead of listing every question up front.
No. You add and change fields on the canvas and publish the new version from the builder.
Nothing. Each response stays tied to the version it was filled on, and any edit to it is kept.
They go into the platform as structured records the other Modules read. Fields are pulled out of every response for reporting and export.
At the form’s own fill screen, or from Perform, where scheduled quality tasks show up as operator work. Each response stays tied to its form version.
30 minutes on your paper forms and what the Form Builder would record instead.
