Foundational Modules
Governance checks every Agent action against your rules. Anything beyond them pauses until a person approves or rejects it. Every check and decision is on record.
How it works
If an action is beyond an Agent’s authority, the run stops where it is and waits, marked awaiting approval. It doesn’t fail and it doesn’t push through.
Action authority
You decide, one action at a time, what each Agent may do on its own. Set it, change it or clear it from the authority screen. Every action is checked against it before the run continues.
Run monitor
An action beyond authority stops the run right there and it keeps its place, marked awaiting approval. You see it in monitoring with every other run, so nobody wonders where it went.
Approvals
The paused action becomes a request showing the Agent, the action and the context behind it. Approve it and the run resumes where it stopped. Reject it and the run ends, with the reason kept on the record.
Pending approvals
Everything waiting on a person sits in one list for your company and site. A stale request expires on its own instead of holding a run open, so a forgotten approval doesn’t stall a line.
Audit trail
Every decision is written down the moment it happens: who decided, what they decided and when. Pull the trail for any record by its type and id, deleted production orders and job orders included.
Record history
There’s no separate audit screen to dig through. A record’s history shows up in the feature page beside it, authority and approvals live in the admin screens, and a run’s decisions carry through to monitoring.
Agent scope
Governance gates what an Agent may do, and nothing else. Sign-in, roles and site scoping belong to Security. Holding a request for a person’s decision belongs to the Approval Queue.
An action beyond authority stops the run where it stands, so it can't fail silently or run past its limit. The run holds its place until a person acts on it.
Approve or reject and your reason lands on the record the moment you decide. Pull the same trail later by the record's type and id.
No. Governance decides whether an Agent may take an action, and Security decides who may sign in.
The run pauses at that action and an approval request opens. A person approves and it resumes, or rejects and it stops.
You do, one action at a time, from the authority screen. You can set, change or clear it whenever you like.
Every authority check and every decision is written down as it happens. You pull the trail for any record by its type and id.
