Workflow Modules
Ask in plain language and get an answer drawn only from the Knowledge Library collections your role can see, with the document and section behind every claim.
Ask
You don’t need a filename, a field name, or search syntax, just plain language. When your question could mean two things, you get asked which one before you get an answer.
Cited answer
The model picks a stored passage and delivers it exactly as it stands, so nothing in your visible answer was written for the occasion. You see a confidence signal next to the answer, and one click opens the passage itself.
Refusal
When the sources hold nothing, you’re told they hold nothing. Before it says so, it rewrites your question and searches again, and the trace shows exactly what it searched and what came back.
Thread history
Answers arrive as they resolve instead of after a blank wait. Your threads are kept per person and per collection, so you can reopen one later, and you can export any thread whole, citations included.
Access scope
Your sources are the Knowledge Library collections your role can see. Ask in another language and you still get answered from those same sources. An Agent can call the Q&A Engine as a tool, without reading the documents itself.
Boundaries
The limits are narrow on purpose. It reads documents and records. Live machine values are outside its scope, and it decides nothing, approves nothing and changes no record.
The Knowledge Library collections your role can see. Every answer names the document and the section it used.
No. The model selects a stored passage and delivers it as it stands, so the visible answer is text that already existed.
It rewrites the query and searches a second time. If that also comes back empty it refuses, and the trace shows what it searched.
The Knowledge Library is the repository and the search. The Q&A Engine is the conversation on top of it, with citations, confidence, and a trace.
30 minutes on your documents and how the Q&A Engine cites the page it answers from.
