Agentic Modules Roadmap
Operations (Manager) is on the roadmap. Today you read the operations picture yourself. The Planner and the Auditor act inside the authority you set.
How it works
Open the site summary and the number that slipped is one click from the asset that moved it. Everything on these screens is read by a person; nothing here acts on its own.
Executive summary
The site summary metric is there the moment you open the dashboard. It rolls up from asset to line, to area, to site, so you can drop down to wherever the number moved. Compare any date range against another without leaving the screen.
Assets, live
Every asset shows its live state: running, faulted or idle. Filter the whole site down to just the state you want to see. Availability, performance and quality sit on the same screen, so you’re not hunting across tabs.
Command center
Each command center opens on your function’s own exceptions. Production planning shows the plan, the schedule and what slipped. Materials planning shows what needs ordering and run readiness; quality shows open holds, defects and the sweep schedule.
Bottlenecks
The constraint is named down to the line and the asset, so nobody hunts for it. Planning issues list the reason each one was raised. Run a what-if simulation before you commit a plan and see the effect first.
Trend analytics
One daily record per asset is kept for trend, so a month of history is already there when you need it. Backfill a range after a correction and the trend updates with it. Every series comes with a chart and a tooltip to read the exact number.
Read-only dashboards
These dashboards have no schedule, no event trigger and no autonomous action behind them. You read them yourself. The Planner and the Auditor are the Agents that act, inside the authority you set, and what they raise reaches you in the Notification Center.
Assets and OEE
Every number on the handover screen traces back to a reading in the Historian, so the off-going and on-coming shift argue about the plant, not the spreadsheet.
Every asset reads running, faulted, or idle, right beside the OEE figures for its line. Filter down to what's faulted or idle and go straight to it.
Production planning, materials, and quality each open on the exceptions that belong to that team today. The constraint on the schedule is named by line and by asset.
No. The operations picture is screens people run, and the Planner and the Auditor are the Agents that act on it.
The Historian holds every reading, and the OEE Engine derives availability, performance, and quality from it. The dashboards roll those up from asset to site.
The dashboard holds state and roll-up for the whole site. A command center opens on one function’s exceptions: production planning, materials planning, or quality.
Notifications reach you in the Notification Center, by role. There’s no rules engine behind it.
It's on the roadmap. What the Manager should watch and raise on its own is still being defined, and your input shapes it.
